If you are in the US, and it does not have a sim card, you are primoC. The best ext to use depends on what Rom you are running. Once you root the phone and install a custom recovery, you can partition the sd card right on your phone.....and you will have much fewer issues. Sent from my HTC...

I am primoc, but I had a similar problem with pac Rom . I had to clear everything, flash the rom, clear dalvik and cache, reboot bootloader and flash boot.IMG, flash gapps, clear dalvik and cache, and then it would boot . Things got a lot easier when I got away from cwm. Sent from my HTC One...
