Yea, after the update my batter life ate it pretty hard. I noticed that my media server was real high, even though i didn't change how i was using my phone. I ended up downloading Rescan Media Root and turned off media scan and the battery life has mostly gone back to normal.

Just received my Ringke SLIM case. It's pretty great, very low profile, very slim. The only problem I have with it is that it's almost as slippery as the phone by itself. I wish it had a little texture on it but either way the case is great

Mine started doing this too after I rooted it. Turns out the app "wallswitch" that I was using to have a slideshow wallpaper was keeping my cpu awake a lot. I found out by checking in the settings and clicking battery and just seeing what is using the cpu

Fo reals man, I had all kinds of USB chargers and now that I have the Note 2 I had to give most of them away cuz they don't charge the new phone

One of my co workers asked to hold mine the first day I bought it and it ALMOST slipped out of her hands, I was like " DAMN YOUR SMALL ASIAN HANDS" It's almost slipped out of my hands a couple of times too, i'm going to get some invisishield to increase the grip a little more

Don't these batteries have thousands of recharge cycles? I don't know about you guys but at this rate I'm barely keeping my phone for a year. I don't think constantly having my phone charged is going to kill the battery before I trade the phone in or sell it for a new one.
