It is. I never meant to say that it was locked and I got mine unlocked, just reiterating the concept that I was using an unlocked device as opposed to being tied down, which I realize for the N1 is unnecessary.

There are a few reputable sites that I've dealt with and I haven't had any issues in the past. Thanks for the heads up though. If only I could buy the device factor unlocked like I did with the N1... much less headache...
