I would provide the calling credits a local charity, as I don't require them. The phone I would use to work on, as I manage a small nonprofit. I'm trying to move us toward a more "cloud based" organization to ditch our servers and landlines in the interest of saving money. I would LOVE this win.

Sweet! Thanks. I definitely won't go too far with it, I just like to know how to do things and find stuff. I did however see that Gtalk was running, and I've never even opened it, I use eBuddy.

How do you guys know the Amazon app is running? My battery life is either the same, if not slightly better. Anyone using a large Weather Channel widget and have a constant temperature in the notification bar....and know how to get rid of it??

Actually, I found out what happened. I went in to "Settings" and then "Accounts and Sync" and found that Google was not set to Sync. Turned that on and it works perfectly now!

Yes, mine always came fast as well, that's why I'm concerned they didn't come at all. I'd guess there's a setting someplace that inadvertently got changed. Was hoping someone had an idea..

Running 2.1 on the Droid Eris with Gmail. I never check my Gmail on my computer, because it all comes right to my phone of course. Just for the heck of it, I logged in to check something, and I had 9 emails that never showed up on my phone (over the course of the day!). Emails were working fine...

That may be true...however, a car mount for a phone could easily fit a Hero, or an iPod, or any number of other devices. If I posted in the Eris forums, anyone who had another device might not wander in there and wouldn't see my post.

I was going to ask people opinions on a car mount for the Droid Eris, but there's no accessories discussion spot. Where should I put this?

There is a Widget you can add, there's one for 9 people, and for 3. Long press on the home screen, and add widget.
