Official Google case review and warning

I didn't for second think they would but I did it any way but also posted elsewhere. Nothing else I can do. For those saying it feels OK, not sure what my expectations were but clearly not the same as yours for a £25 case. The back feels OK, not better than OK but OK. The lip around the screen...

Official Google case review and warning

I have gone back to google again and provided further feedback and told them about the similar responses I am receiving here and on another forum. They are going to get me an official/considered response by email. If you bought it from google and are not happy I would return it.

    screen protector

They had them in the store I bought the phone from so Zagg must have supplied their first batch of early inventory to stores to cover impulse buys. I wish they hadn't. It is a terrible screen protector.

Official Google case review and warning

I picked up a Spigen, their thin one, I think "liquid crystal". It was about a fifth of the price of the Google case. It is rubbery and all glossy which I would generally prefer less than the hard shell and (half) matte of the official case but I prefer the Spigen and feel safe using it. It fits...

    screen protector

The Zagg is really bad. Doesn't cover the whole viewable part of the glass let alone all of the glass and has a halo around. Awful screen protector. They need to change it massively.

    screen protector

The current Zagg is rubbish, far far too small. I think a phone needs a screen protector still. Just my opinion assuming you can't live with micro scratches and wear and tear at best.

Official Google case review and warning

Hi Thought I would post my experiences of the official google case in more detail. TLDR short version: It isnt worth the price, scratches easily and could easily scratch the phone. Approach with caution or not at all. I bought the clear google case alongside my phone today. The case is not...

    Screen Protectors

Thanks for the replies to my post. I am watching intelliarmor. I didnt buy from Verizon no I am in the UK. The cover just about covers the screen (the actually used part of the glass), it is very thin indeed. Way , way more than case friednly would require. It looks ridiculous.

    Screen Protectors

I got the Zagg Glass+ from the store I bought the phone from, just so I would have somehting to put straight on, it is awful, tiny, leaves acres of space around all sides and still manages to have a halo. Rubbish. Are there any with decent coverage yet? I would even rather a full coverage film...

    Google cases

I posted this elsewhere but seems more appropriate here: I got the official 'clear' official google case. It is not worth the price tag. I know lots of people never think official cases are wotrth their higher price but I am not normally in that camp for what it is worth and am happy to pay a...

    Cases for the Pixel XL

I got the official 'clear' official google case. It is not worth the price tag. I know lots of people never think official cases are wotrth their higher price but I am not normally in that camp for what it is worth and am happy to pay a premium for a well fitting OEM that is well made. The...

The Galaxy Note7 may feature a 3500mAh battery

The Note is supposed to be a powerhouse. Even if they can make it do better things with the same or less - the spec sheet matters. If you are pitching a phone as the biggest, best and latest it needs to improve on what came before it, having an s pen wont cut it. Screen size can hit a sweet...

    Screen protectors

I haven't liked Zagg in the past, too grippy for me, prefer something smoother. Who else makes good film protectors for curved screens?

    The Note 7 Specs Detailed

Re: Will You Fork Over the Cash? That would be a lot, a lot of money. Could well put me off entirely. It's not about affordability, it's about value. It would put a fairly average contract with poor included data north of £60 a month for 2 years. Madness.
