My phone is just 3 weeks old. The notification on the edge screen never lights up under people or apps. They are turned on. Samsung said do a flash reset, did, didn't help. Even missed calls or messages don't show up if i.missed one.

I have a S5, soon after i turn my phone on i see several apps have opened without me opening them. Any way to prevent this? I think this causes my battery to run down. Today in standby it went from 100% to 73% in less than 4hrs. Could these apps cause the battery to rundown quicker? Thanks, Tom

I agree, I'm looing for a quality case,keyboard, docking station. I have the Belkin case, folio, keyboard. However it's not possible to connect the charger for either the tablet or keyboard while in use. I've seen the Samsung case & docking station, not sure if a keyboard comes with the docking...

I have my phone set to wifi always on but when i charge the phone & leave it on wifi shuts off.

My S3 shuts the wifi off at night when charging but i keep my phone on. I have the settings set to always on.

My phone won't stay on my home network. It keeps going back to 4g. It says connected but shows 4g on my screen. I removed the battery & reinstalled it but it does the same thing. Samsung says do a factory reset. My wife has the same phone but no issues.

Re: Wifi disconnecting. Those steps didn't do anything. I've done a soft reset, turned wifi off, you name it i've done it. I'll connect if i do a restart but then i get disconnected again. - - - Updated - - - I'm also unable to connect to other wifis, not just home.

How do i go into advanced wifi settings on my s3? I need to set my wifi where once i'm on Verizon's Network it will stay there & not go back to wifi.

Samsung said to go into settings, App Mgr. & clear the data. A Verizon forum said maybe it wasn't syncing. I tried both, now i think my wife's phone is ok. Not sure if one or the other fixed it or not. If these steps don't work maybe try another msg. app. Good luck.

On my wife's S3 she can't send a message. The phone acts like it's freezing up. It has a blue circle in the bottom left corner going around & around. I did a restart & soft reset, but still has the circle.
