What are the differences in cm10 and cm10.1?

What launcher are you using? Or how you get the text widgets in the app dock?

I dl'd ccleaner and did a registry cleanup, but how do i make sure kies is wiped out? I just did a generic registry clean? Also, did you just use the usb cable that came with the phone? Ive been reading about the cable that comes with the phone is a charge only phone? Not a charge and data...

Anyone have any clue why my CDC serial driver won't install? Laptop charges the phone but kies won't recognize it because of this driver not installing (on vista).

I did the softpedia install etc and no luck. The CDC serial driver will not install. Any ideas?
