I have the same problem and I tried as the video suggests but didn't fix it.

I am experiencing exactly the same thing although my phone is Note 5!

Re: Android System battery drain in Note 5 when stand by (Not fixed so far) I apologize for the graphs. They are kind of misleading. I think my exact problem is: turn off WiFi, turn on airplane mode, even turn on power saving mode, the battery drops over 23% within 7 hours. The same situation...

How do you know which one inside 'Android System' is using the battery?
