I like the screen and have had no issues that were stated in article, the one thing I will say compared to my Pixel XL it's not as bright at lower display settings.

Thanks again for the help, here are a few from today, off battery for about 3 hours and at 76 percent. I did stream about 45 minutes of audio and made about hour of calls. I'll post more at end of day.

I have noticed a huge difference in battery life and screen on time but only when on wifi, getting little over 3 hours on time, ill post screens later. When im on 3G or 4G it's about the same, little under 2. I have google now on and a few apps that hit the net and also Ocean HD live wallpaper...

Try going into settings-WI-FI-Advanced, you should see a spot to keep wi-fi on during sleep.

Thx for the reply...I dont need the settings backed up.. you're right thats easy. I need to save the sent and received messages for work reasons. Some clients ask me about emails from years ago. I already looked into both of those backup apps and they don't appear to save the actually messages.
