Hi, My echo stuck on kyocera screen.
What happened was is, I was updating the latest android but it stop while installing..
I got an error something and asking me to contact sprint. Is there a way to fix this?

Since I just bought the phone on craiglist. It was working fine when I first got it. It messed up after trying to update..

If I go to sprint and ask them to fix it. Will they do it? I don't have sprint account..

sprint won't help you, you don't have their service

you're best bet it getting in touch with the Kyocera

yeah, when i update new via OTA my echo stuck with logo kyocera. help.
