    Thumbs up Camera shutter noise bugging you?

    Try 'Camera ICS' from Google Play. Works for me. No rooting needed. Works exactly like the stock camera app, but with the ability to turn off the shutter sound. Comes with some great features that aren't available with the stock app.

    The shutter noise was one consideration that I had in mind for rooting the phone... now I don't have to just yet!

    The camera shutter noise is very annoying, I do have to say that! Thanks for letting me know about the Camera ICS, I will be sure to look into it.
