sd card won't mount

My rise keeps saying sd card safe to remove and when i try mounting it it says sd card .safe to remove also if i press mount sd card like three times my phone just shuts down plz help.....ps i already tried turning off my phone and ejecting the Sd card.

You could try buying a new SD card, but it sounds more like an issue with the phone. I'd recommend getting in touch with your carrier.
