Hi all. I have a maxwest orbit 5400t, and can't seem to send or receive MMS messages. It will send SMS but can't figure out the settings to allow MMS. Help please!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Android devices typically need mobile data (i.e., 3G/4G) on in order to send MMS. It can't be sent over your usual cellular voice signal, or over wifi. Do you have your mobile data on?

My WiFi and data are both on, I am stumped. I just downloaded the "hangouts" app for messaging and its doing the same thing (SMS OK, no MMS)

When wifi is on, the phone typically uses it preferentially, and temporarily turns off mobile data. Try turning off wifi and sending the MMS again.
