Looks like I finally found why I can't download the new firmware OTA. Accidently, I delete the all Sprint's apps (apps that preloaded on Echo). If I want it back, where am I could find / download the original ROM that contain the Sprint's Apps? How to install / flash the Echo with it??

Those missing apps don't affect the ota update. I had a freshly opened stock phone with nothing installed, setup, or removed that wouldn't update. I'm waiting for the sprint store to get the stock os in their systems so I can have them reflash the stock os to see if that fixes the problem.

Ditto, update messed up my phone. Shouldve rooted, and backed up first me, but i thought, its official. NEVER AGAIN.
