ASUS PadFone

Looks sweet, 1520mAh (removable) battery on phone
Contact pins on phone to connect GPS & Cellular antennas on "tablet"
Qualcomm 8260A Snapdragon S4 / 1.5GHz dual-core
Microsd

Too bad no NFC, else it would probably have all the android features that Google offers

Thoughts?

had mine for almost 2 weeks now, still have that feeling when you just got you new ride.

the tablet has got absolutely nothing but a screen, battery and front facing camera.

In UK, NFC exposure is so rare that hardly anyone know what exactly does it do. Not the banks, not the telcos. They still acknowledge it as MARS technology. so it's not exactly a big thing of not having NFC here. not sure about other parts of the world.
