Unable to recieve ALL emails

I have been ubale to recieve all of my emails from an MS Enterprise account. I get some, but not all, especially those from other members of my enterprise account. I have requested assistance from MS and was told to re-install Outlook 2010. I did that; no help. I also switched from a BlackBerry Bold to a Pantech Breakout. Still, no help.

I cannot be glued to my computer (that's why I got the phone in the first place).

Anyone have any ideas? I'm starting to get real PO'd.
