could "Broncho crane-a088" be like Samsung Galaxy Note ?

unable to get the GSM sim function to work at all -
neither standard Phone nor Data (2G / 3G)
network is GSM - MTN-SA
Seller states in ad that was tested and works with network

BlueTooth only working partially
Recognize nokia smartphone but seems unable to read data

what interface should be used to achieve nokia smart-phone communication with tablet - also connecting to GSM data network via the nokia

is a special interface needed to communicate with Win 7 computer PC ?

I have the same phone and tried different Carrier and SIM Cards but had no success.
I can see the the Connection Points for example payg.talkmobile.co.uk ... but the phone doesnt let me connect.
It looks like these android version cant connect at all
Wifi works by the way.
My android tablet is ia A088, Baseband M1190_V1.0.3 , Build Number 20120716 A088
