Please Help

Just got a new Android 2.1 tablet and I can't find a way to change the language from Dutch to English. I found a Dutch translation site and found out how to do factory reset but it's just giving me a blank screen and staying like that for about an hour now. When I go under tools it's all in Dutch but there doesn't seem to be anytihng there for language. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you
