wont hard reset
hello
my tab wont hard reset inspite of trying many times.i think its some kind of a virus.Many launchers are being downloaded without givin consent along with many unnecessary apps.inspite of factory resetting and hard resetting these apps are still present on the tab.They are also getting stuck and slowing down the efficiency of the tab.
please advise
