I am having a big problem with my android tablet ....Its getting switched off without any warning.

my tablet gets switched off without any warning and when i'll try to switch it on it wont get switched on...then when i switch it on after 10 minutes it turns on.....another problem is that..whenever i put my tablet on charge it switches off automatically and when i'll switch it on it'll turn off again. When my tablet's battery is on 15% i put it on charge just after 5 minutes the battery is shown as 100%, after using it for 10-15 minutes the battery again comes to 15%....i dont understand anything..is there a problem with my tab's battery????please help.
I m not abke to play any games bcuz if this..

Its an I-BALL tablet..model: 3G 6095-Q700..Android v4.4 KitKat operating system

That may need attention from a repairer. A remote diagnosis is hardly possible, alas.
