Toshiba Excite Pure or Lenovo S6000L?

I want to buy a tablet and I found these 2 on 250 euros.

Welcome to Android Central! Toshiba hasn't had the greatest track record with their tablets in terms of quality and support (at least, when it comes to prompt Android version updates). Lenovo devices, on the other hand, have been pretty well-received, and I think their support is pretty good (although I don't have first-hand experience). I'd go with the Lenovo, but if you're able to try out both in person, definitely do that first.

If you want updates, you should consider nexus and galaxy tab. I have my second 'toy' a lenovo phone and since december 2012 I only received one update and no more...

I have considered Nexus and Samsung. I'm between Nexus 7 FHD 16GB (2013) 250 euros, and Nexus 7 32 GB (2012).
I don't know what to do. Now the same shop is selling Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8' for 270 euros.
It is expensive but that damn inch makes a difference.

So, I stuck. Get a Toshiba 10' with big screen, HDMI, SD card etc but no updates. Or go for super power, amazing colors, get Android updates automatically etc. but all that in a tiny 7' screen.
And finally comes the Tab 3 8' to complicate things more. I'm going crazy guys. You have to understand that I don't have the money to get a second tablet if I take the wrong decision.
