Um not really, theoretically you can install Linux on it and there are methods to install Android on your device. (Though they are risky and might need a lot of work on your part). So if you're willing I would recommend that you Google
"[Guide] Dualboot (Acer Iconia W700) Windows 8 - Android" and follow the XDA Developer Link. The tablet is based on a similar architecture of Dell Venue 8 so won't really be that much of a problem. In any case, if you want you can also run Genymotion which is a virtual Android emulator for Windows (more convenient and won't cause your device to brick, though might cause some BSODs).
