[LG Sunset] Will a matte anti-glare screen protector help see the display in bright sunlight?

Hello. I have a new phone and am finding it very hard to use the camera in bright sunlight - common problem, I know. I have read that turning the backlight up to its highest may help, but I am also wondering if getting an anti-glare screen protector might also help. If so - any suggestions on one? And is a matte finish also important?

My phone is an LG Sunset - very nice indoors, but the camera is like shooting in the dark - can't see a thing in the bright sun!

In my experience, no, but your mileage may vary. Matte anti-glare protectors sometimes reduce the screen's viewing angle (which would make seeing it in sunlight even harder).
