why can't I get passed Google verifaction/password on LG g stylo

Hello. I have a LG g stylo that I've been using for games/extra Web surfing. It has no actual service and it got put into reset mode. It was my last phone and now I can't get past the reset/password loop

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have 2-step authentication turned on? If so, turn it off temporarily, then try logging in again.

Also, did you recently change your Google password? If so, then you may have to wait 72 hours before you can log back into the phone.
