Samsung galaxy J5 stuck on bootloop

so I was trying to regain old datas with the wonder share dr.fone and it required me to turn on the usb debugging, then next thing I know was there was a notification about how SE for my android was turned off, I pressed it and samsung knox came up, it asked me to restart my phone and so I did, then now I'm stuck in a bootloop

please help... this is my last phone...

Hey there!

Please go into more detail so that we can attend to your concerns better. Is your phone rooted? If yes, did you root it properly? Did you modify any of the files in the root folders? If all else fails, just flash a new version of Android 5.1.1 onto your phone.

i have the same problem ! (and the same phone)
Knox told me to restart my phone and then it got stuck in a bootloop(and also my phone was rooted ).
so please if you know how to fix it give me some advice
