Why everytime i open any application from the recent apps it keeps refreshing.

For example: if i launch a youtube from the recent app. The youtube refresh and its like starting from the beginning. Similar to all the apps. Facebook, Twitter. Etc..

Im sure all j7 prime 2016 having the same issue. But how to fix it?

Does this happen even if you were just using the app? Or is it usually if you tap an app in Recent Apps that you haven't used in a while?
