Now the real question: is the metal band going to be available at release?

I am really hoping it is. Why would they show pictures of it in black with a metal band if that is going to be a future upgrade and not available at release?

They might offer the metal band for a higher price. If this does end up at $250 I think it will sell like crazy. Long term success depends on performance and battery life though. Will be interesting to see how the TI processor fares if that part is true....when was the last time any mobile device had a TI processor?

Being Moto, it should be a motomaker device. Customize as you like with up- charges for metal bands and such.
