Mine too. Paired at 95% battery and no update. I go into the manual update on the watch and says up to date. No clue what the problem is.

I didn't get the update either - was a bit worried at first but I guess it hasn't rolled out to everyone yet.

I received mine via FedEx today. After letting it charge (per AC's instructions) I'm at 4.4W.1

Mine said the same. Go to "System Updates." On the green screen where it says "System is up to date," tap and hold the screen. I believe that's what worked for me.
