I don't want ANY fitness/health cards to show up - how do I do it?

Add the title says, I don't want any fitness/health cards to appear. I thought I had disabled them, but I still constantly get a card yelling me how close I am to my step goal. How do I make it go away?

Turn it off in the start setting. Change your steps setting to 0
