How do I assign Uber to call a car and Runkeeper to start a run?

Newbie questions on setup

So I just received my Moto 360 today and have a few questions. In the Android Wear app there are a number of voice actions that I cannot assign an app for the action to trigger such as; Agenda, Call a car, Start a bike ride, Start a run, and Start a workout. I want to assign Uber to Call a car and Runkeeper to Start a run.

I'm guessing I can't because the app developers have to enable their app to work with Android wear first, correct?

I am guessing that is probably correct. Upside is, developers should be paying attention to wearables in some fashion, so Android Wear updates should happen pretty quick.

They think it is unnecessary,because we smartwatch users is a very small group.
