Why does my Moto 360 keep sayings its disconnected?

Moto 360 keeps sayings disconnected

Hi, I am using my moto 360 paired with my meizu mx4 and everytime i ask a questions the circles comes up but in the end says DISCONNECTED..

Any way to fix this?

Does your phone have an active Internet connection? If you run Google Now in your phone, does it work?

If the above is true, I'd then try to restart the watch or even resetting it.

Mine does this sometimes too. I don't use "Now". It seems like when they pushed the last 360 update, it GREATLY improved the situation.

But that update has been out for quite a while now... so I'm assuming he has been updated, right?

I would assume so too. But maybe this next update over the next few days will help.

hi all,

yes i do have internet connection..

I am using the meizu and i think its because my google search app isnt working since the new update. gonna try on my other phone...

Oooh, yeah... If Google Now doesn't work with your phone, the watch won't work either. Does voice recognition work otherwise? Like, it only fails for web searches or it also fails when saying "Show me my heart rate", for instance?
