Black Screen, Could it be an 'App?'

I have my Newly replaced Moto 360 for about two weeks ago.... to where yesterday this watch started giving me a Black Screen in which nothing happened, I did the XDA trick of holding the button down for 2-3 minutes to when Bootloader screen popped up and then was able to reset watch,
But it happened again today?... Could it be a recently downloaded 'App?',
as I removed all 'App's' of the last two weeks...

I would contact whoever refurbished the watch. It may be a hardware issue.

it's a 'NEW' Replacement.. not refurbished.
