I have added expended calories & distance in my last update.
And also unread emails & messages, missed calls.

I am currently working on it to get a better heart rate monitor (continuous)...

I do have an issue. When I go for a run I set the screen on duration to always on. After the run I set it back to 8 seconds. Unless I reboot the watch it will stay always on.

Thank you for reporting this, I will take a look.
Sometimes you need to go in interactive mode twice before the screen on duration gets applied
