Acuweather: Data not available

I use acuweather on my LG g4.

I just got my 2015 moto 360 (which I love).

When I select acuweather on the watch, I get the error about data not available.

It's my first android wear device.

How do I go about trouble-shooting this?

Same problem here. It worked well the first couple of times, but I got this error every time now.
You just have to be a bit patient, sometimes a lot, to get the weather.
Now, I'm using instaweather as watch face. This way I have forecast available every time I look at my watch.

How can I get rid of acuweather app on my watch but keep it on my phone?

I don't think you can remove it from the watch, but you can block the notifications within the wear app.

My pebble was nice in that you could pick which apps you wanted on the watch.

However, I like my new 2015 moto WAY more!!

This happens every time I load the app on the watch; however if you wait a few seconds it always updates (unless I have no network connection).
