Can I/Should I cancel?

My wife preordered a Moto 360 (2015) for me for my birthday (which is today, Oct. 16th, incidentally) way back on Sept. 5th. She chose the 46 mm black case, smooth bezel, black metal band. It has still not arrived. She has called Motorola repeatedly without success: they just keep saying that they will elevate the matter and look into it. Meanwhile, the identical watch is apparently for sale and in stock at my local Best Buy store. It's pretty crappy that Motorola flooded its retail partners with this product, but they can't be bothered to ship one to us. Has anyone had the same problem? Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Happy birthday! You have the same birthday as Oscar Wilde.

Yes, you can cancel it and you probably should. If Best Buy has the options you want, cool - otherwise cancelling and reordering is probably going to end up being faster than waiting for someone to figure out what is wrong with your order.

Get the one at the store and return the other when it arrives. Make sure it's within 14 days.
