Does Lollipop on Moto E support moving apps to SD?

Hi - I'm looking to buy an 'E' in the near future (probably as soon as the 8gb refreshed version comes out) but I'm wondering what the case is with apps on SD with Lollipop as I've heard that ART on 4.4 doesn't support it.

I'll be buying unlocked and so wouldn't panic about rooting and using something like LinktoSD if that was the only way but I'd like to stay stock for a while at least!

hi i am mahesh using moto e just before a month... i have found a method to move the apps default installation to sd card itself
no rooting required by using usb debugging and android sdk i done this code

My understanding is that Lollipop will restore certain privileges to developers in using the SD card storage, it is up to them to do so. So those devs who wish to make their apps moveable to SD will be able to, or at least create data folders. I expect the bottom line is some yes and some no.

My moto E on kitkat has a useful settings function for moving moveable apps to SD, not need for 3rd party app.
