How do I enable Contact Recognition on my Moto E? I want to be able to do a voice search for "Navigate to <Contact Name>". Now this causes a web search rather than routing to <Contact Name>. Turning on Contact Recognition is supposed to upload my contact list to Google. Then a Google voice search is supposed to cause Google to search my contact list before searching the web. According to a Motorola web site, Contact Recognition can be enabled by going to Google Settings > Search & now > Accounts & privacy and then checking the Contact Recognition check box. This check box is missing on my Moto E.
