Motorola Moto E on Cricket, why has the sound for rings stopped?

Motorola Moto E - Cricket

I purchased a Motorola Moto E from the Cricket Wireless store and am using Cricket as my server. The phone worked fine for approximately 2 weeks, the stopped ringing when a call comes in. Cricket store and Motorola do not know what the problem is!! It will vibrate when a call comes in but vibration is very low. Any genius out there know what the problem could be? Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Does the phone still play other audio over the main speaker, like music or game sound effects? If not, the main speaker might be broken.

If other audio does play normally over the speaker, then go to Settings>Sound & Notification>Ringtone​, and try different ringtones. Does it play a sample for you?
