Why isn't my Moto E recognizing the charger after 0?

Moto E not recognize charger after 0%

Hi,
I have moto e 1st gen. When i connect it to charger it starts charging and shows 0%. After some time it gets boot and when the booting is done it notify "Charger not Detected". If i shut down, in the power off mode my phone has an icon of a question mark in a battery symbol which means it is not detecting the charger.

As i have already described you it automatically gets stared while i connect it to charger, it sometimes shows the charge up-to 3%. After that it wont charge. I have done a factory reset and a hard reboot. Even i tried the same in safe mode but the problem persists. Please help me out. I really need it.

Even i tried with diff cables/charger and also with power bank.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a different charging cable and charger plug? These components can fail unexpectedly.

Even i tried with diff cables/charger and also with power bank. but same thing persists

In that case, possibilities include a failing battery, a faulty microUSB port, and a faulty motherboard. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop, or contact Motorola if it's still under warranty.
