export motoE phone info and import it to my sim card

Im switching phones and i want to take my contacts and photos and save them to my sim card so i can just transfer my sim card to the new phone

Are your contacts not set up as "Google" contacts? If they are, just sign in to your account on the new phone and they'll show up. Your SIM card does not have enough storage to save photos to, nor can you "export" your contacts to save on the SIM card, they would have had to be created as a "SIM contact".

Your photos are likely saved to your Google account, if you use the Photos app you should see them on the new device once you sign your account in.
