how can I get a balck screen fixed on a moto e 2015

my moto e screen got wet while I was using it the screen went black. I let the phone sit for a bit. took the sd card out and the screen came back on but only for a brief moment. the phone still gets calls and notifications but the screen will not come back on is there a way to fix it

The Moto E is pretty cheap and it sounds like your sim card is working, so just buy a new one and you should be good to go.
