I'll be meeting the Moto E shortly -- I took the plunge on a global gsm model today. I'll be moving to AT&T from Verizon (still limping along on a Droid Bionic, which I know Ry can relate to) to get my family of 5 on an AT&T Mobil Share plan. Which means a large outlay to buy 5 new smartphones, and I figure I can't go wrong with at least one Moto E on the plan. I'll use it as my own for awhile, even though what I really want is a Moto X but I figure its successor is not too far off so I'll be patient. So I'm excited to get it and I'll post my observations when I get it activated.

At Motorola's prices, you might as well get an E, a G, and an X.

Almost -- I ordered an X for my wife yesterday, and thought about getting the new G with 4G. My E came today. It seems pretty quick, well made, and with a surprisingly good display. Really does not seem like a cheap phone. I won't have it activated for about another week, so I'll report back when I've been able to put it through its paces.

on what network can you use a 4G phone? Where I am Sprint has only 3G. Verizon prepay does not have LTE, etc. I would like to buy a good cheap phone to use on a prepay 4G.
