Why are my phone calls coming in distorted?

Disturbance in incoming voice

Hi. I got a Moto E few days back and i am constantly facing the problem that during any conversation the voice of the person on the other side comes very disturbed(like it is vibrating). I replaced my phone but but the same problem persists on this phone too. Not only during conversations but this problem occurs on auto-answer calls too(like customer care or user busy reply). Also the back cover is sliding a bit. Someone please help me in this regard.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you discussed the voice quality issue with your wireless carrier?

Yes. There is no problem with my wireless carrier because when i used the same sim card on other phones there is no distortion in voice and everything is very clear. Also i used other sim cards in this phone and the problem still persists. Please help.

It does sound like you've narrowed it down to the phone's hardware. Since it's new, you might not want to delay much longer and try to return it for a replacement or refund.
