Default Unlocked UK Moto G to use in the US

    Hello all!

I have no idea about this! Bought a standard unlocked Moto G in January. Now traveling to the US and wondering if I can buy a Sim card here? Any thoughts?

I checked on At&t site and they state that the phone needs to be 3G UMTS network 850/1900mhz bands.

Where can I go in this phone to find out if that is what my phone has?

It's a phone bought in the UK.

It should be. If you bought it under contract then there might be a carrier lock

If your phone's model number is Motorola XT1032, then it's the Global GSM. I bought mine in London but using it Africa and everything works pretty great. I hope this little information and the one above help.
