    Hi there!

If you have SuperSU installed, you can go to the SuperSU app and go into the settings of the app. You should see a "full unroot" option.

If I restore backup of my stock img(backed up before rooting via cwm) will that remove root as well?

If that backup had root, then no, you will regain root.

If it didn't, then you should be fine.

I'm not sure to be honest. Usually you just factory reset and that is enough to clear everything.

If you just restore that Nandroid, it will go back to what the phone was when you made that backup.
