Cricket Wireless has special prices for several Android phones starting Friday | Android Central

Cricket Wireless, the no-contract subsidiary carrier of AT&T, will have special prices for a number of Android phones starting on Friday and lasting until January 8. That includes selling the HTC Desire 510 for free (after mail-in rebate).

Here's the breakdown of what will be on sale starting tomorrow:

• HTC Desire 510 (LTE) - Free after $75 mail-in rebate at Cricket and GameStop stores
• Motorola Moto G (LTE) - $24.99 after $75 mail-in rebate at Cricket stores
• ZTE Sonata 4G (4G) - $39.99 at Cricket and GameStop stores
• Motorola Moto E (4G) - $49.88 at select Walmart stores
• LG Optimus L70 (4G) - $59.99 at Cricket stores
• Samsung Galaxy Express (LTE) - $99.88 at select Walmart stores
• ZTE Grand X (4G) - $99.99 after $50 mail-in rebate at Cricket stores

The rebate form for this offer is completely unavailable. And Cricket customer service provided me the wrong rebate form upon request twice. This deal sounds a little too good to be true and at this point, it probably is.

Moto will issue an update for this version (XT1045). The question is how long it take Cricket to push the OTA.
