Moto G XT1032 Bootloop. No Recovery. What should I do?

Moto G XT1032 Bootloop. No Recovery.

Apologies if this is the incorrect place to post this.

Earlier today, I attempted to root my phone (evidently unsuccessfully), which resulted in a boot loop. I can access the menu which appears upon holding down the power button and volume down button, but from there, I cannot access recovery in any way, shape or form. Additionally, when using adb, using "adb devices" in command prompt does not recognise my device whereas "fastboot devices" will. I heavily doubt I've provided very much information, but I'm quite clueless as to this topic and will try my best to answer any questions needed.

My phone showed-up with similar problem, it went into boot loop after my phone went dead due to lack charging. After certain duration of charging and self start, phone went into boot-loop. I tried steps as mentioned by 'RichestTea' and got the same output. But dead android screen is keep on flashing, it took a while to actually know that it was a dead android screen. Through adb, device is undetected.
