Motorola Device Manager not working
Hi there everyone, having a lot of trouble getting my phone and PC to connect. I downloaded the most recent MDM, it appears to load fine, but I don't see an icon in my task tray and my PC won't recognize my phone, I see "device not recognized" pop up. I am using a Moto G phone gen 1 I believe, and my OS is XP Pro w/ sp3. I have already gone to developer options to make sure USB debugging is un-checked, talking to the Motorola chat people was useless...any suggestions would be appreciated.
