Why don't I have audio on my Moto G (gen 1)?

No Audio on Moto G (gen 1)

There seems to be no sound coming from the phone. Ramdomly too! Sounds from the phone work. Like notifications and the like.

Just the loudspeaker, and YouTube and any other form-like playing an mp3 file or a song from the web; There is absolutely no sound. The volume is always set on high

Please HELP!
