Why am I unable to turn on my Moto G?

Not able to switch on Moto G

Morning I saw that the charging is very low and plugged in charger. I saw charge symbol and 0%, I left the phone for 30 min. It didn't on even then when I am trying to. It's almost been 3 hrs. I am not able to on my phone. I can the white light on the screen which usually comes when we receive any message or call. I also tried long press of volume reduce button and it didn't work either. please help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Leave it plugged into a wall outlet undisturbed for about 12 hours. Then try powering on again by pressing and holding Power for at least 10-15 seconds.
